Shipping policy

This policy applies solely to orders made inside Canada . This policy is meant to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By making an order with this company, you agree to the conditions listed below.

 

GTA Shipping

Free shipping is offered for local orders over $100 within a 100 km radius of our distribution center. Orders inferior to this threshold will be subject to a $20 freight fee. For volume orders, please contact us.
 

CANADAWIDE SHIPPING

All orders outside of the province of Ontario are subject to our carrier partners calculated shipping rates. These rates are based on package size and weight. Handling fees may apply. 
Fix rate or free shipping available on larger orders, please us for Pallet PRICING 
 
*Please note that processing times are not included in carrier-calculated expected shipping times.

PRICING

Prices are listed in Canadian currency. All applicable taxes extra. In the event of a pricing error, Aurum Care Co  reserves the right to change the price without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions. Freight rates quoted are to be considered dock-to-dock. If extra handling is required, additional charges may apply. Quotations on large quantities are available on request.

TIME FOR TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT-OFF:

HANDLING AND TRANSIT TIME:

  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 days ( Mon – Fri )
  • Transit Time: 3 - 7 days ( Mon – Fri )
  • Order Cut of time: 5.00 PM

 

ADDRESS CHANGE

We are unable to change the delivery address once the shipment is on its way. If you need to change the area where your goods will be delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase at meet@aurumcareco.com  or phone  +1437-991-4653

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the goods are sent. If your order has already been sent, please review our refund policy.

 

PACKAGES DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If you notice that a package was damaged in transit, please refuse the goods and inform our customer service. If you were not there when the item was delivered, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps.
